Position: Residential Assistant CoordinatorAPPLY NOW

Reports to: Director of Residential Operations

Exempt or Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Residential Project Coordinator will be responsible to assist the Project Manager(s) with the homeowner interface throughout the entire solar installation process, from the time of sale to system turn on.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Populate and maintain the residential installation calendar, to include audits, roofing, new installs, SES upgrades/de-rates, and commissioning’s.

Create job opportunities/projects in Salesforce, maintain current project status in Salesforce projects.

Create/Review budgets in Jonas accounting system.

Review incoming Lease/Purchase Contracts and enter requisite information into accounting system.

Create an Audit Pack to include an audit stage coversheet, array requests, copy of the contracted layout, first page of the contract, and copy of the sales consultant’s checklist.

Verify permit status prior to scheduling installations.

Provide delivery details to vendor prior to installations.

Verify the Design matches the contract.

Follow-up with the utility company/AHJ to verify that the Green Tag was received from the city to ensure we can get a commissioning (Final Inspection) within the correct timeframe.

Create a “Close-Out Letter/Manual” to go to the homeowner using the templates on the server.

Ensure the Utility Company has everything needed to close out the reservation to show completed and commissioned.

Create new Foreman Binders.

Assist with Service Panel Lists and scheduling upgrades.

  • A basic understanding of construction documents
  • Minimum of 2 years job related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, efficient and reliable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team Player, ability to work in a fast paced environment, flexible and adaptable to changes to planned tasks or schedule.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required

Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted

May require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers

May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout workdays

Valid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle

Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to customer, employee and company proprietary related information
