APS, Luke AFB teaming up for huge solar plant

Arizona Public Service Co. has announced plans for the largest solar installation on U.S. government property. The utility, a unit of Pinnacle West Capital Corp., will own and operate a new 15-megawatt solar power plant to be built at Luke Air Force Base in Glendale.
