Two solar companies in Colorado getting nearly $2 billion in federal loan guarantees

Longmont-based Abound Solar Inc. received a $400 million loan guarantee Saturday from the Obama administration that will enable the company to boost its production of thin-film solar panels and hire 1,500 workers in Colorado and Indiana.
