BEIJING & NEW YORK—-Universal Solar Technology Inc. , a developer of solar grade ingot, wafers and high efficiency solar photovoltaic modules, announced that it has produced, shipped and been paid RMB 1,246,000 for shipments of 120,000 wafers to Sinodeu New Energy Co., Ltd.
