The Phoenix Business Journal’s list of top solar installers was announced in March 2012, and Harmon Electric/Harmon Solar made it in the top 10, ranking seventh for kilowatts installed in 2011and third for number of employees. Harmon Electric/Harmon Solar was recently awarded its largest solar project to date, a multi-location design and installation for the Douglas Unified School District. Awarded through APS’s school and government program, this will be Harmon Solar’s third assignment under this umbrella. The total project size is more than 745 kW, spread out among three locations: Douglas High School, Paul Huber Junior High, and Stevenson Elementary, with the high school being the largest solar array out of the three.
