Healthy living has always been important to Julie King. After earning a dual degree in chemistry and microbiology from Northern Arizona University, Julie worked for seven years in environmental sciences for Bolin Laboratories, (later known as Legend Technical Services).
In 2008, realizing the growth potential in the solar industry, Dan began developing Harmon Electric's solar division, Harmon Solar. In less than three years, the organization went from an idea to the catalyst for the company's tremendous growth. After two years as COO, King more than quadrupled the company's revenue and added more than 15 employees.
Ralph Romano has more than 20+ years of experience in executive management, sales, marketing and call center operations. Ralph joined Harmon Solar in December 2012 to create a residential inside solar sales division. He is now responsible for the management of the entire sales and marketing operation for Harmon Solar. Ralph has held a variety of sales and operations leadership rolls at companies large and small. Prior to joining Harmon Solar, he spent nine years at GE overseeing three western region centers in the automotive warranty division. Here he earned the designation of a Six Sigma Blackbelt. Prior to that, Ralph assisted an Internet start-up company develop sales and operations teams. He has also worked for Verisign, Charter Communications, Warrentech, and NCO. Currently, Ralph is a managing partner of Contact Center Connection, a consulting business that provides call center optimization and outsourcing solutions.
