Harmon Solar is awarded “Hot Growth Company” by AZ Magazine for 2011

Harmon Electric and CEO Julie King were recently recognized by AZ Magazine in their November issue as the “Hot Growth” company for 2011.  Established in 1975, Harmon Electric began solar installations in 2008 under the trade name Harmon Solar and recently added lighting retrofit to the company’s services. In 2010 the company, lead by Julie and her husband Dan, increased revenue by 75% over 2009 and doubled their number of employees. Julie & Dan bought the company in 2005 from Julie’s parents Richard and Jean Harmon. “I’m honored to receive this great recognition on behalf of our company,” says Julie. “I am truly proud of our incredible staff of solar designers, engineers, and customer service associates. We offer, customized, personal service that home owners and business owners a like expect and appreciate.”
