PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Residential Solar Installer is responsible to assist with the solar installation process and to ensure highest quality installation possible.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Able to install conduit for attic and roof worksites.
Ensure attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and safety.
Participate in required training programs
Use the proper safety equipment for safe installation practices as directed.
Maintain knowledge of code.
Perform Installations with the highest level of craftsmanship and workmanship.
Be efficient and productive during installations.
Follow instructions of the Residential Solar Foreman.
Follow Construction Job Flow Procedures.
Perform all installation duties.
Ensure accuracy of your own time as recorded by the Solar Foreman.
Maintain excellent lines of communication.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work 40 hours per week or more if required
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted
May require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
May require prolonged periods of sitting throughout workdays
Valid driver license and proof of insurability required when job duties require use of motor vehicle
Requires exercising of discretion in decision making process and maintaining of strict confidentiality with respect to customer, employee and company proprietary related information
